Unique Menu
Our menu ranges from the classic fried foods, to fun and specialty fried items! We also create a variety of chicken wraps and quesadillas. We love our original breakfast wraps, and will also modify any menu item to personal taste! We are always adding and trying new creations. We like to have fun while cooking and let your meal be an experience to enjoy with a smile on your face!
Catering
We have been excited to also help with catering for staff and artists of your festival. We can offer many fresh options, including vegan and gluten free. We always have fresh fruits and vegetables available and provide a variety of different tastes (ie. asian, southern, italian) as well as love to make breakfast and dessert! Can send a catering menu made by us or can make one with your ideas and preferences!
Fresh Options
We love to cut and prepare all of our vegetables as well as cook our meats at the festival. No frozen chicken or burgers! We season our own dishes with special herbs and spices. We make our mac and cheese from scratch each day. We make our rice and stir fry fresh as well. We work hard to bring the best quality and freshness to your mouth!
